The Finer Details
Try it Buy it Rental

We buy the equipment and then rent it to you for a minimum of either 2 or 3 years, whichever you prefer. You can select either a 2 year or 3 year option from the drop-down box under Payment Options before you add the item to your cart.

At the end of the contract, you can return the equipment, continue to rent it under the same terms, or choose to buy it.
During the contract period, you don’t own the equipment, which means you are covered if it breaks down, and we’ll repair it for you as part of the contract (unless you’ve done something silly!).

All our advertised items are subject to the manufacturer’s availability. If the item you want isn’t available or has a long lead time, we’ll call you to offer an alternative.
Rental+

Comprehensive rental solution for larger organizations, multi-site/chains and government and public operators. Minimum contract periods of between three and seven years.

Technical support and maintenance coverage. We will also provide scheduled preventative maintenance visits for your catering equipment.

Carry on renting or send equipment back at the end of the fixed contract period.

Rental+ contacts are tailored towards your need and therefore not available via website checkout. Please get in touch with our expert team if you want to find out more.
Purchase

When purchasing foodservice equipment we require a completed W9 form which can be sent to you for convenience. We also require either a purchase order or a business license (dependent on the type of your company). After we have received these forms, and any additional fees have been paid (freight, additional unit costs, taxes), we will place an order for the equipment and will notify you of the delivery date.
Rental FAQs
What happens after I checkout online?
We will be in contact with you to run through a quick credit check and discuss the details around your chosen equipment and contract.
What happens if I don’t pass for credit?
If you don’t pass for credit there may be other rental options available and we will discuss these with you.
If you have completed a checkout online, we will refund this immediately if you do not pass.
Will the Credit Check affect my score?
We will undertake a soft credit check. This does not leave a visible footprint on your credit score.
Is there a deposit?
We ask for a 12-week deposit at the start of the rental. This will be refunded to you at the end of your contract (provided the equipment is in a suitable condition), or can be used against payment for the item, should you wish to buy it.
Do you install?
For our Try it Buy it rental contracts we offer a kerbside delivery and do not install. Some of the manufacturers we work with do offer this as a service and we will let you know if this is the case.
Do you provide technical support?
We have an in-house technical support department who will liaise with manufacturers to arrange engineer call-outs while your equipment is under warranty. Once the warranty period has expired, if you are renting equipment from us, technical support will be provided by our own in-house team of engineers
Do I own the equipment at the end of the rental period?
At the end of the rental period, you can purchase the equipment at a discounted rate, carry on renting, or send the equipment back. If you carry on with your rental, we will still continue to provide technical support.
Qualification

Sometimes customers don’t qualify for the option they’ve asked for but if this happens to you don’t worry!
We’ll work with you to still get the equipment you need. Your sales rep will talk you through your options with you at this point.
We can use the payment you’ve made to secure your items as a part-payment of a more suitable payment option, or refund it to you if you don’t want to continue.
