Set some sections on high for hamburgers, chicken, or bacon and the others on low for toasted buns or eggs. The griddle has a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Its fast-heating elements can reach 350 degrees in only 11 minutes. The griddle plate is 3/4″ thick and fully welded to the griddle’s base, providing even heat distribution and quick recovery.
