The BakeMax BMEPS12 single pass dough sheeter is designed to be compact, featuring two easy to adjust non-stick, synthetic rollers, with a rolling thickness from 0 to 4.76 millimeters.

Ideal for many different menu applications, the sheeter can flatten dough for pizza, pie crust, pasta, and much more. The unit can sheet dough between 3.94 and 11.81 inches in diameter weighing from 1.76 ounces to 24.69 ounces, great for high-volume applications.

Designed to also make efficient use of countertop space, the dough sheeter itself measures 16.5 inches wide by 16.5 inches deep by 14.6 inches high. It’s body is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel, including the roller shaft for extra durability and ease of cleaning. For streamlined operation, this unit is built with a roller guard to meet safety standards.
