The Doyon bread slicer is perfect for bakeries, grocery stores, and commercial kitchens who have a requirement for slicing a large amount of bread. The SM302C is capable of slicing up to 140 loaves per hour at a thickness of 25mm.

Extremely simple to operate – turn the slicer on by the switch, place your bread in the chute, and by using the wood bread presser, exert pressure on the bread until it is sliced.
