This Eagle Group SPHT2-120 is an ideal portable hot food table offering a mobile serving solution for any cafeteria, buffet, or restaurant kitchen, thanks to its 4″ diameter casters and sealed well design. The SPHT2-120 also features a removable, full length polycarbonate cutting board for food preparation and plating.

Having two sealed wells, these are made of one-piece, deep drawn 304 stainless steel with fully coved corners and 1″ of fiberglass insulation on all sides, to prevent cold spots and promote consistent, even warming. Built-in drainage eliminates the need for spillage pans, reducing clean-up time.

A powerful 120-volt/750-watt tubular style heating element is secured to the underside of each well, with the SPHT2-120 also boasting individual infinite controls offering high and low selections along with eight other temperature settings, allowing for wet or dry application.
