The FWE HLC-2127-9-9 has two individually temperature-controlled compartments for the ultimate in foodservice flexibility with simple electronic controls. Simply dial in the temperature selection for each cavity from 90°F – 190°F.

The standard fixed rack holds 12″ x 20″ pans, 18″ x 26″ sheet trays, or GN containers on removable and adjustable shelves making this very versatile to accommodate several different menu items.

This unit is fully insulated and constructed of long-lasting, easy-to-clean stainless steel. With a cool-to-touch exterior, this is perfect for any grab-and-go, takeaway, and other foodservice operations.
