The new A Class includes improved efficiency features: a hydraulic door retention system, complete thermal insulation, a larger warming area, greater accessibility, a more compact design and an easy clean system. These latest changes have resulted in an exponential increase in cooking quality and quantity, and in the overall performance of the oven.
Josper Charcoal Oven HJA-50, the large oven of Josper, recommended for around 175 diners, the fire up time is about 40 minutes, daily charcoal consumption of 16 to 20 kg, performance per load of 9 hours. Production per hour of 110 kg average and a grilling temperature of 250 to 350 ºC.
