Josper Charcoal Oven HJA-45 Medium, recommended for 120 diners. Fire-up time of ± 35 minutes, daily charcoal consumption 12-16 kg, performance time of 9 hours. Production per hour approx. 90 kg. And a cooking temperature of 250 to 350ºC (482 to 662 F).
