The new A Class includes improved efficiency features: a hydraulic door retention system, complete thermal insulation, a larger warming area, greater accessibility, a more compact design and an easy clean system. These latest changes have resulted in an exponential increase in cooking quality and quantity, and in the overall performance of the oven.
Josper Charcoal Oven HJA-25, Josper’s small size oven, recommended for around 80 diners, the fire up time is about 30 minutes, daily charcoal consumption of 10 to 12 kg, performance per load of 9 hours. Production per hour of 60 kg average and a grilling temperature of 250 to 350 ºC.
