This True TSSU-27-12M-B-HC unit is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for holding open food product. It comes standard with 12 (1/6 size) clear polycarbonate, food pans in countertop prep area, but can also designed to fit varying size pan configurations.

The sandwich/salad unit features a sanitary, 8 7/8-inch deep full length removable cutting board, and handy 36″ work surface height. The interior is accessible via a positive seal self-closing door with useful 90° stay open feature.

Operators can also store product on (2) adjustable shelves keeping food fresh during preparation, they have a wire design to facilitate consistent airflow throughout the unit. A forced-air refrigeration system design, using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant holds 33°F to 41°F product temperature in the food pans and cabinet interior.
