The Turbo Air Radiance RBCO-N1 Convection Oven uses both hot air and steam to cook with a motor and propeller to generate even flow of air inside the oven. This oven has a temperature range of 90°F – 536°F, with five menu functions that can be configured to precise settings, helping create consistent results.

A single baking chamber holds five 16″ by 24″ food pans and comes with ah eat-reflecting glass door so users can see inside it to watch products as they cook without losing a lot of heat. When the door is opened, the bi-directional fan inside shuts off for great energy conservation.

The oven features a bottom support rack with pan storage so no space is wasted. With a durable, stainless steel interior and exterior this unit is built to withstand any busy foodservice or commercial environment
